Did you ever figure this out? I have the eclipse convertible crib by delta childrens products and bought the canton conversion rails also made by delta and we cannot figure out how to make them work
Nevermind. But in case anyone has a similar problem in the future: We swapped the sides of the headboard then the footboards so the holes aligned with the headboard. I didnt feel like it was sturdy enough for my toddler so i threw the wooden rails in the closet and put a cheap metal frame inside the wooden frame (where the rails would have sat) and put the box spring and mattress on the metal frame. After the bed skirt and everything was put together, you can't tell there's a metal frame in the middle at all!

Try calling the customer service number (212)-645-9033. I have not called them yet to get the conversion rails for our Delta Luv 5 in 1, but I'm hoping that they will know more than Babies R Us!!

i think i have a solution to your problem. I too have been looking for simplicity bed rails but in honey to convert to a full. I found sears.ca and they carry the rails in every color but there version of the ellis crib is called the sydney 4 in 1. It is the same exact crib so I am purchasing the rails myself. If they do not end up fitting then just send them back. Sometimes canada have the same things as us but they are named different I know I live 15 min away from the canadian border. Hope this helps.

I have this crib for my own child. I ended up buying a guard rail from Walmart. If you tie a knot in the strap after putting it through the rails and then tuck the disc between the side of the crib and the bottom of it, it seems to work just fine. Child has been using it as a toddler bed for well over a year now and there has never been an issue. Chiild is a restless sleeper too. So, I know it works.

we are having the same problem. My husband found this number online that another user said she used. I guess it took her months to find it because with the company being out of business the 800 number that came with the crib isn't working. I've yet to call he just called me with it. the company is out of canada and is said to have the rails or able to get the rails. Its Else Graco, you need your model number and color. 1800-667-8184.
