Go to the BIOS window by pressing the escape key. See if your hard disk is being detected. If not, then you need to remove the hard disk and see whether the operating system is intact or not. Try changing the boot sequence and booting from a USB device and then changing directories to see the hard disk contents. If you can see the hard disk, then you may have to repair your windows installation with a windows boot CD.
