Can't get it to start, i have done every thing eles. Need to know the turns on the 2 scews from bottom up?
These need to be adjusted using a Tachnometer however to get the unit started. Turn the "L" screw in until it lightly seats then back out 1 1/2 turn. Do the same for the "H" screw. This should get the unit running then it can be fine tuned.
The high screw is turned with the throttle at high speed. The L screw is idle. If it starts at 1 1/2 turns out let it warm up a bit no choke and then turn the L screw out a little more until it starts to bog then turn it back in until it bogs again then back out until the mid point idle speed is the highest and smoothest speed. Open up the throttle to a fast speed not wide open though adjust the H screw same as you did the L. Find the best spot where fast is strong running and that is it. No start is usual bad fuel line and or crud in the carb. Up and down engine speed is the governor and you have to adjust that. It is a process different on every engine so you will have to look at a shop manual or find a video with the same engine shown.

If the blower has ran ok in the past but now not so good I doubt it is the adjustment to the carburetor, I would suspect bad fuel or old fuel first. Empty the blower of gas, pump the primer ball until all of the fuel is pushed through the carb and back to the tank. Add fresh fuel with a premium grade oil (I use gold spectra) and try it again, carburetors typically do not get out of adjustment. I own a 125 BT and have never had any trouble with it other than skunky fuel left over from the previous season.

Most likely low compression caused by stuck piston rings or a scored piston and cylinder. This unit was made by Poulan and they have had an epidemic of this problem. The solution is to tear the unit down and put in new piston rings. Before you install the new rings you need to get a sheet of glass and some 600 grit wet dry sand paper. Sand each ring down about .002 to .003 and reinstall. This should solve your problem as long as you have good fire and the piston and cylinder is not scored.

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:
Youwill need to disassemble the carburetor and spray withcarb.cleaner.Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should beable to see daylight through it.)
Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.
If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.
