Broken cue button numark mixdeck express

Question edited for a lot more clarity. 'Lite' is a completely different meaning as defined by Budweiser, Miller and Coors breweries.

Help in the link. It appears to be a known issue.

Please make sure your using the correct IEC cord that comes with your Mixdeck Express. Also make sure that your Mixdeck Express is plugged into a surge protector or power strip. If your symptoms persist, please contact Numark support by logging onto http://www.numark.com/support

First thing to check is the INSERT jacks for the missing Mon signal. Just get a plug and plug-unplug it into that jack to see if the contact fails. If so, shoot in some lubricant and listo.

Hopefully you didn't spill anything on the button? It might be sticky. If you could clean around it or pop it out and clean it without damaging it then you should be good. Otherwise I would try pumping it a few times not too hard to see if you can get it back into it's normal groove.

My Ipod touch doesn't work with my mixdeck.
I posted a support request to numark last friday ... I'm waiting
My firmware release is the lastest.
