MMC locked nokia 6270

there are 2 solutions
1)insert the memory card in that phone in wich you locked the memory card,then install y browser in the mobile,open c drive in y browser go to sys folder and then go to bin folder,there you will see a file named mmc.dat open it with notepad,you will find your mmc password

2)insert the mmc in a s60v5 mobile(5233,5800,5235)and format the mmc,this will delete the password and your mmc will be unlocked

Take a backup of your MMC to your pc and then format your MMC and then insert it if its asking any password put 00000 or 12345. Mostly it wont ask you a password.then restore data to MMC

Try to read your memory card with your computer, use memory card reader, if problem same. it's say mmc corrupted, need to format also, that mean your memory card damage already.

no there is no any master password for mmc.
you need to bye a mmc eraser from electronic mkt to format your mmc or u can go to cell phone repair shop to get formatted (note: you can not retrive you data from lockd mmc)

try 0000 or 1234

dont punch codes ,,, go to menu and find where is the mmc located and options and format... thats it's....

put ur locked memory card in N70 and format it... hope it will work... or go to some mobile repairing shop there you'll find a tool called MMC-unlocker... they will unlock it if you want your data back...

To format your memory card:
Menu/Tools/Memory card/Options then Format memory card.
