Put gas in both weedeater and blower and had trouble immediatly. emptied both gas tanks and refilled with new gas and oil mixture and weedeater works fine, but blower only worked for 10 minutes and started stalling when throttled. now it won't run unless it is turned to the start position and still then it surges rpm and stalls after a few seconds.

try some starting fluid in the intake, clean the spark plug. is it an old blower?

Sounds like you coil is over heating after running a few minutes. The windings are seperating, then when it sools they make contact again. Try replacing the coil.

Hello,
Most Probably the problem lies in the adjustment of the carburettor. There are two needles in the carb one for lowend adjustment and one for high end adjustment. Your lowend adjustment seems fine. The highend needle needs to be adjusted. Following are some very detailed procedures for adjusting these types of carbs

If your machine has a carb other than a "Walbro" dont worry the procedures are same. I am sure if your engine has not completed its life span this will solve your problem.
