How do I install the Foxtel Now box? Do I need someone to install the box? It's really easy! And you can do it yourself.
The Foxtel Now box connects to your TV with the High Speed HDMI cable (included), and to a power source with the Power cable (included).
The Foxtel Now box will connect to your internet via Wi-Fi or directly to your modem with the Ethernet cable (included).
Once you've connected these, you'll be guided by the easy on-screen set up and you'll start streaming in no time!
You can also access our set up guide.
Yellow= video lead - connect to either terminals C (have you tried all 3?)
Red/White = audio leads - connect to D
Make sure source<on remote> is set to correct video terminal <1,2 or3>
If that doesnt work perhaps try the yellow cord going to either of terminals F untill you get a picture... but it should work!?
This is a problem with your components. You can have the components replaced with a new set which may be expensive, or live to learn using av3 only with a switch system.
Hello
Just set your TV idle for external or internal afiel connection and set ti to autotune, and see if all the transmitting stations are memorized or not. Then reconnect the devices one by one and try to find the faulty device.
Seelct autoprogramme, select antenna in and select auto and then all channels. You can refer this porocedure in its manual. OK.
samsung 42" plasma hooked up to LG vcr/dvd combo and foxtel IQ box. all working but only by plugging vcr cable into video camera sockets on side of plasma tv?? reason only place with a yellow plug socket? on rear of tv colours are only red, green.blue? and white. nothing for the yellow can you give any advice on correct hookup proccedure please.
It is very likely that cross talk does corrupt the link but for Panasonic to "blame" anyone else is not very professional. Anyway, if it worked for 6 months perhaps disconnecting the Foxtel IQ and reestablishing the Viera link with the Panasonic devices then reconnecting the Foxtel IQ for another 6 months of happy viewing. This is not a permanent solution but the alternative doesn't seem to be an option.
I had this exact same problem, which was continuous pink bands or lines that rolled upwards, as well as a continuous hum or buzz. This problem was isolated to Foxtel; it didn't happen with the DVD. Differently, this problem happened immediately I changed from my really old TV to a new LCD TV. I experimented with the leads (Scart or otherwise) too without change. So I got Foxtel to come and have a look and the guy brought with him what he called an "isolator" which was a small box-shaped thing (about 3inches by 2 inches) that he added to the cable's its exterior connection point. Immediate and complete solution - no more lines or buzz!
