The following resistors need to be replaced but I'm uncertain what the values are supposed to be. RK58, RK50, RK54 and RK42, I'm also going to replace the 2 STK392-120's. Thank you I have repaired a convergence issue with a similar Hitachi rear projection tv, but I need to make sure I have the appropriate values for this convergence board. Thank you
I don't think it will hurt especially if the updated manual indicates it.

If your tv is a 43uwx10b the original values of the resister are correct it is a DP14G chassis do not change the values

RK42 2.2 OHM 1 WATT
RK46 1.5 OHM 1 WATT
RK50 2.2 OHM 1 WATT
RK54 1.5 OHM 1 WATT
RK58 2.7 OHM 1 WATT
RK62 1.8 OHM 1 WATT
Double check the numbers on the STK chips as most of these sets use STK-392-110 OR 392-150 CHIPS-----ONLY A FEW OTHER MODELS(MOST 43 INCH USE THE 120 CHIP.)

You have all the resistor are correct! Yes I can Tell you exactly what you need to know and How to Save settings after you adjust convergence, I have to pull out my manual on your hand unit Be right back. first you need to go to front of TV remove front bottom panel to where you can see the front of chassis on the board you replaced ICs there is a small blue contact button with TV on press and hold for 5secs Convergence Pattern should appear! You will need your hand unit to begin to adjust convergences.

I now have the service manual and currently deciding whether to install the newer upgraded resistor values or the original values from the service manual. Because the manual is an updated copy it has the update with the original scratched out, but you can still read the value so I'm not certain whether or not to use the updated resistor list and install all new resistors to match the new schematic or go with the original scratched out values. I read a post of someone finding this controversial in that you will have to do another service mode re-alignment for the convergence; but wouldn't you do that anyways when replacing the IC's and few resistors ? Updated values or not ?

These are all metal oxide fire proof resistors.
