Display showing question mark only.
Make sure that you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges. If you are, try to check the ink levels from the control panel of your printer. To do that, on the touch panel, press on the Ink Levels.
If you're seeing the question mark in your computer, it means that your computer is not able to communicate with the printer.
Also, try updating the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
