How do I find www.t-mobile.com/freemonth?

We received a notice in the mail with that address on it to receive a free month of T-Mobile. To redeem it we were supposed to go to that website and fill out the form. It is called a Free Month Voucher. ?? No such webpage. How do we get in touch with them?

I have the same problem, and I have come to think T-mobile does not want subscribers to get the free month, since the address www.t-mobile.com/freemonth does not work This is the fourth time I've tried it PLUS I sent a letter to that effect fot T-Mobile USA inc. and have received no answer. I will deduct $49.99 from my bill, therefore.

I cannot find free month site either MY special offer code 22633577408

I have also received the free month offer from T-Mobile. I could not sign in to MY T-Mobile account online. I called T-Mobile customer service instead at 1-800-937-8997. I ended up getting a new free phone valued at $200.00 and an upgrade to an unlimited whenever minutes calling plan for the same price I paid for an individual 1000 minute per month plan. The new phone is also more technologically advanced than the old phone and can work on the new phone network system now in place. (The new system is faster). It is better to give up the free month on an old phone that is out of date technologically and get their free phone offer to maintain service without interruption. Now I will have a new phone and unlimited whenever minutes. I can call and talk as long as I want for $49.99 per month good for current customers who have had service with T-Mobile for two years or more. The minutes include weekends and nights.

I received the same certificate in the mail yesterday. I typed in the exact website address that they sent to me www.t-mobile.com/freemonth and went straight to the t-mobile login page that displayed GET A MONTH FREE. I logged in and went to the free month link, my existing contract came up I renewed my service for another 2 years and received a message that I would receive 1 free month of service and to please allow 2 weeks for my account to be credited. I had no trouble at all.
