I've had this H500 new in the package and just recently pressed it into service. I've paired it with my Samsung Galaxy Note Android phone and it works well. My only issue is that it doesn't always connect to the voice speak function on my phone to voice dial a call, most often it just calls back the last call I made. Am I doing something wrong?

SOURCE: H500 won't pair with Blackberry Curve
It might already have been figured out but if you hold the answer button on the headset down until the light stays on steady, it is in pairing mode. You can then go to bluetooth setup on the Curve and it will find the headset.
SOURCE: how do i connect H500 to my phone
Hey guys. found it. Go to
www.simoncells.com
then go to manuals
than click on the H500 Bluetooth.
It will walk you through step by step its pretty easy..
Or, you can do it easier.
- Press and hold the Power/Call buttom for 6-10 seconds, until there is a steady blue light
- when there is a steady blue light, go to your phone's Menu, then click on Bluetooth, than Handsfree, It will then start locating your bluetooth. In about 3-5 seconds it will pop up as H500.
-Connect to H500, or push Yes to Connect. (which ever way your phone tells you)
-It will then ask for a password. ALL PASSWORDS ARE THE SAME;AND CANNOT BE CHANGED.
- YOUR PASSWORD IS 0000. typle that in.
Congratulations! Your Now Connected.!
Good luck guys.
Any questions, im on here usually every other day

SOURCE: H500 has worked well until recently. Now when I
the button might be sticking from use, with a small flathead screw driver carefully pry off the silver part above the button area close to the charging port, you will see 2 tiny screws, next carefully with a tiny flat head screw driver, remove the cap over the bluelight area (the one with the symbol "M") and there is another tiny screw there. open it carefully and once open inspect closely the area that holds the button assembly and see if the contact point is either ripped or dirty or if the rubber is just not flexing anymore....
