SOURCE: downloading music onto a mp3player

I think I fugured it out. I think this should set the thing up for you. Turn the unit on. Push the button in and hold for the count of three. Wait as you count to two then push the buton in quickly. The screen should display a different "MUSIC" sign. Now the tiny file type in the upper left of the screen should say "mp3". Now make sure you are loading mp3 files. Be sure the unit is ON when you connect it to the USB port. Drag and drop files onto the mp3 player. I got it to accept 5 songs so far. I am working with Windows xp. Hope it helped!

Please help

1st - You need to convert your CDs to MP3 music files.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track.
There are also Freeware CD RIP programs on the Internet that can create music title and album folders automatically.
OR
Download MP3 music files from the Internet, some sites will cost money to download these music files.

2nd - connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The computer will see this player as an external storage device, Just copy the MP3 music files from the computer's hard disk to the MP3 player.

NOTE - When the USB cable is connected to the computer, it will also charge the MP3 player's battery.

So you have a mini disc for your mp3 player. You put that into you CD/DVD Drive, it fit my friend. All kind of CD/DVD Driver have a fit layer to that small or mini disc. Install that software and run for setup to download some music to your MP3 player. I know its works. Keep look at the layer of your CD/DVD Driver, eject it and you can see it there..Good luck!
