Hello cainld04,
Sounds Like The Start Solenoid Is Not Working.
When You Turn The Key To Start You Should Hear A Click ,If Not Solenoid Is Probably Bad,If Yes Then Starter Needs Service.
Hope This Helps.
Gordon

SOURCE: mercury outboard 60 motor turning over but not firing up.

get some starting fluid and spray a liberal amount into the air intake, then try to turn over. if it will not turn over with starting fluid you have a problem either with your ignition system, example: plugs, coils, wires, ect. If it does fire and then die out with a shot of starting fluid then you have a carb problem. If the boat has been sitting anything over a month thats where I'm betting the problem is. Post back after you find out if its a fuel, or fire issue and we'll start the repair process.

SOURCE: I have a 94' Mariner Tracker pro series 60hp, it

It seems like the ignition key is suspect and needs to be replaced. The ignition could be preventing voltgae to the stator and ignition coils. See if you have battery voltage from the terminals on the ignition switch by using a voltmeter. If there is voltage from the ignition switch, yoy may have a bad stator that is causing a no spark condition.

How do you start 1993 bass tracker?

Bass Tracker? Bass Boat? If its a tiller motor, yank the rope until it starts, or, your arms fall off, whichever comes first! If its electric start, check your batteries are good & fully charged. Make sure your "kill" switch is connected & you're in neutral. Turn the key. In fact make sure you're in neutral for the tiller motor also.

Bass Tracker 190 tx won't start. Battery 100%. Fuses good. No power from ignition to motor

Check for inline fuseable link on harness between switch and motor ..also check ign switch itself.

Grounded out wires and it won't crank over

A/T or M/T transmission, they are wired diffr.!
I guess, you know flashing is bad wiring , right?

but this no crank page solves this.
takes only $20 voltmeter to be , effective.

to crank takes but 1 wire. (starter good)
the ST line or start line.
suzuki calls this 1 wire the Start line, (amazing fact)
at the key switch a black-red wire.
then after passing through the (clutch/ or A/T park switch)
the color changes, 1 time to blk-yell, then lands on the starter.
its very simple and fully show here, in details.

Hello
The engine and transmission in this cars drivetrain are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM (Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the computer stores a record of the problem in the form of a fault code in its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and resolve the problem(s)

1988 jeep won't start

Not sure if I read your post right, but you have to have a hot wire to the ignition switch from the battery, independent of anything else on the car, before the switch will work.
The CPS is a common problem on the jeeps, though. If bad, you may not get a coil signal.

1991 Honda crx won't start

Try tracing the wires and looking for a worn spot in insulation that is grounding out, its a royal pain but might be the only solution, use wire prob and test areas where inaccessible. good luck

Bass tracker fuse descriptions

I was trained at a tracker dealership and that is one of their faults. The best way to find the fuse for the bilge pump is to look on the back of the bilge switch and trace a wire to the fuse panel. Most of the time they are color coordinated so you can match fairly easy without trying to manually probe for the wire.
