Hi,
I wish I could help you in getting the files from another hardisk but as you said you have no experience to such DIY for your computer. The first thing to do is to repair, workout how to restart your computer or getting that hardisk from that broken computer and coupled/connect it to a workig desktop.
Any advice to tinker your computer might do more harm to your computer and my advice is to bring the broken unit to any trusted computer tech and have him do the work.
It will cost you something but will not aggreviate far more harm to your prsious computer.
Hope that helps.

I have lost Ezonics web cam IV driver CD and unable to find driver on the net unable to find them, kindly help to instal my web cam on my system using win - XP OS EZONICS USB CAMERA, M/N : CAM IV

I have found a link to the driver file for CAM IV. Click here for the download.

The download is a 16 MB zip file. Extract it contents on the desktop. There will be two files: CamIVxp.zip and driver updater. Delete driver updater and extract CamIVxp. Double click on Setup and wait for it to install the drivers. Connect your cam after the install completes.

If you are using Vista, and the setup does not run, try compatibility mode and remember that setup can only be run after the files are extracted and cannot be run from within the zip file.

Unable to Boot

I think you burn into CD\DVD is incorrect. Recopy any Software is OK using ISO, but to find out that your burn that into proper ISO also, It will not work. To burn is again is extracted from ISO back to Bootable Windows Vista DVD.
Here is a a tip, use another program like Nero to burn into image, the file is .NRG or .ISO...
Or for easy tip, try COPY DISC for assurance that it will run again as is.
Good luck!

This error occurs when a file compressed inside Setup.exe cannot be extracted. Verify that there is sufficient disk space available in the Temp folder (or, if not, in the Windows or WinNT folder), and that Setup can write to those folders.

Can't extract files on System Recovery Disc 4 for Compaq Presario model 6350US

At this point, you can try to clean your disk # 4 and see what happen,
or try to make a copy of disk # 4 (if you can copy the disk) and try again.

or

1) Contact your customer support and ask for a new set of disks.(or only # 4)

or

2) Boot your computer with another OS disk (win XP)

or

3) Boot your computer with some utility disk
