Pentium dualcore e6700 audio driver

The best place to find a possible driver would be the Microsoft update page, assuming you are using windows. If you are just point your computer's internet browser to www.update.microsoft.com and select check for updates. It should be able to find any missing drivers specifically or if they are not stored by Microsoft it will find you the generic drivers for your motherboard/processor combination.

Bios update

BIOS updates are not necessary unless you have hardware compatibility issues or hardware related system instability. To obtain the most recent version of your BIOS (or any other downloads or info), go to Dell's website, click support and enter your model number, and it will show you anything you might need. Here is a link to the most recent BIOS update: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04&DriverId=R106056#3DOSJust download the file and run it. It will do all the work for you!

Bios or windows? If bios, go into bios by pressing delete key at computer boot up. Then go to last tab and look for load default settings. If you are referring to your operating system. Use your recovery disk or partition and reinstall the operating system. Or you can try Control Panel\Backup and Restore Center

For save old bios and install new bios Dell OptiPlex gx620 (from version A05 to A011)

If you are looking to update your BIOS then you can obtain the latest version from Dell. There should also be a step by step guide on how to correctly perform the upgrade. However, unless there is a real need to upgrade your BIOS then you should not have to do this. I have worked on and custom built several PC's and have never had to update the BIOS.

Is it possoble to fix intel dualcore 2.6 processor in 915 motherboard

There are different generations of Dual Core processors with that frequencies, just the first one is supported with the original BIOS, some of them with the updated BIOS and the last one isn't supported at all.
You can check the compatibility here
