Where do I get a copy of the manual for the NEC DTU-BD-2(BK)? We have numerous problems and can't ever find the solution? Currently our mic button is not working so people can page but we can't talk back...how can we fix this?

This phone is a proprietory digital phone that only works with a KSU. You would need an IPK or Elite phone system to make it work. You would also need to program it. This is a business office system and that phone will not work unless it is plugged into the system.
