Code F7 flashes, after a few minutes, when oven is set at 400 in convection bake mode.

Question edited for clarity and all the typos.

All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words.

Generic advice on a generic F7 Oven Error code.

F7 error code can be a result of a faulty wire harness (short-circuit), defective heating elements or oven sensor. A qualified service technician will need to have a look, determine faulty part then replace or repair it.

Whirlpool Gas Range SF357PEKQ0 -- over heats; will not shut off; have to turn off at gas line behind stove. Error Code: F3E2. Is the replacement part I need the thermostat sensor? Is this part easy enough...

Hi lkanderson97,

This error code F3:E2 means that Oven temperature is too high (Cook mode). The only way to resolve this issue is to replace Oven temperature sensor (RTD). This part can be replaced by your husband. You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central. Just get your model number ready when you call. Once you got the part instruction is also provided on how you'll replace the sensor.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Oven went in self cleaning mode and shut off door unlocked f90 error code will not bake

During the cleaning cycle, there was a temp sensor malfunction that may have damaged the temp sensor. this is a common occurrence with this model. this is refereed to as a runaway temperature code. the sensor lost control of the cleaning cycle and it got to hot. the temp sensor is fried and it will need to be replaced.

Hi I have just got my new Genus m/f oven the multi funcition I am fine with but I find I have no instructions or recipes for the Genus. Can anyone tell me where I can get some. or download some I am in...

As a US consumer, I am not very familiar with Genus ovens, but I think they are manufactured by Glen Dimplex. Their website is www.gdha.com or try their phone at 0871 222 2502. They may be able to supply you with additional info for your oven. Hope this helps.

Need to adjust clock setting on Stoves 900 GDO Stoves 900 GDO gas double oven

Press + and - at the same time (manual says hold for 3? seconds) and then + or - to set the time. If from power up, as I did yesterday, I don't think you need to hold them together for any length of time, but maybe it was my imagination, since I tried it first before I read the manual.
