Move slide switch to ON
Open door to see buttons
Set clock with present hour minute and day
Choose 12 hour or 24 hour format
Review operating mode : Auto for programs to run
Make a chart of your on-off schedule so there are no overlaps and conflicts when programming
Press PGN button
Display shows ON P #1 >>> this means you are setting ON time for program 1
Set hour minute day for ON time for program 1
Display shows OFF P #1 >>> this means you are setting OFF time for program 1
Set hour minute day for ON time for program 1
Each program 1-7 has ON time and OFF time plus day of operation

Review operating mode: Auto if you want timer to turn on-and-off with sunrise sunset
Set the clock with present time / Choose 12 hour or 24 hour format
Use Hour button to set hour MIN button to set minute
Use CODE button to set daylight savings time
Set Sunrise-sunset parameters using tables that show in manual
Make a chart of programs
Set programs 1 thru 7
