Where do I load address labels - Brother HL-2170W Mono Laser Printer

You should be able to use any address labels. The set up will be in your print options menu asking for the size and type of label.

In the SmartLabel directory under Program Files look for a file named label.sll This file holds your SmartLabel 100 addresses. After installing your new SmartLabel printer, copy the label.sll file into the new SmartLabel directory under Program Files. When you open the SmartLabel software, if you don't see your addresses, you may have to use the Import command on the label.sll file to bring your addresses into your new SmartLabel Application

You first need to install DYMO Label. If you already have installed it, click Address Book > Import to import addresses.

Hi go to http://whatismyipaddress.com as soon as the page loads you will see your ip address and if you need other ip details just click the gray box beside the ip address it will be labeled additional ip details you will see things you didn't expect!! hope this helps

If you can not see it in the LCD menu on the front panel, you can find it by printing the IP info on a label. There is a reset button near the Ethernet jack that will let you reset the print server settings or allow you to print a config label. Load up some media, power the printer on. Once the printer is fully booted, use a paper clip or the like to press the button once. A label will print that details the IP settings. Once you have the IP settings, you can log into the printers web interface by typing the IP address in your browsers URL bar. Do get a copy of the manual.

You might had a bit of paper stuck in there. Look real close where the rollers are and see if there is maybe a address label or piece of paper in the path of the paper.

Ensure that the label size in your MYOB and also the printer driver are set to the same as the physical size of your label. Also do a callibration on the printer.

It sounds like a lower quality label material and possibly too tight winding on the label rolls themselves. Call BarcodeWarehouse.biz and ask for a free roll of theirs and see if you have the same problem.
