Turn the computer off, open the case and remove the RAM. Does the computer beep when you turn it on with no RAM? If not, your motherboard is dead.
If your computer beeps, turn it off again and try putting one stick of RAM in. If the computer doesn't turn on normally, try the other stick of RAM.
Also, try taking out the video card and putting it back in.

Sounds like you may have a bad harddisk. You'll need to boot your computer froma rescue CD. To create one, follow directions at this site. http://www.help2go.com/Tutorials/Windows/Create_a_Windows_Boot_CD___Rescue_CD.html
If you aren't familiar with changing the boot sequence in BIOS to CD-rom, it's time to find a good PC support tech to help you with this. Once the computer has booted, look for you C: drive. If it doesn't show up in Explorer, chances are very good the drive is bad. Judging from the question you posed, it's most likely you're going to need help diagnosing and repairing the computer from a knowledgable support tech.
