PG-C45X projector wont power on

I have a PG-C45X projector and have just replaced the bulb and when I power on the projector it wont start up. I have checked all the covers to make sure they are properly secured and have used the lamp reset turn on but that does nothing. All that happens when I turn on the projector is the power light blinks red for a little while, no fan turn on or anything. Thanks, Greg

To solve this problem, simultaneously press the "Input", "Enter", and "Undo" buttons. While holding these buttons, press "On". When the project turns on, you should see "LAMP 100%". This indicates that you have successfully reset the lamp life timer.

Hi Stephen,

Do you hear any fans starting when you turn on the projector? Try unplugging and then plugging in the projector. Make sure that the lamp door is secured as the projector will not start if it is loose. You should also reset the timer for your projector. The manual can be found on the site of www.allprojectorlamps.com.

I just got a used PG-c45x projector. Works fine except it has a yellowish cast to it. I have tried adjusting the colors, chroma, etc., but still has a yellowish cast especially the white. Any ideas?
your bulb is going bad, replace it and the problem will be resolved.

Rest light imer on sharp pg c45x
Turn on projector, press and hold the input, enter and undo buttons on
the projector then while still holding those three press the on button. Make sure you do this before the timer goes to 0% or it wont turn on again.

Reset password on sharp PG-C45X projector bought on ebay set for ceiling projection and password protected I want to set for front projection and would like to clear and or password reset
I am not sure what the sequence is but sometimes you can hold a couple of buttons to reset this. The problem is that sharp does not like to say what the procedure is and that you will need to find a local dealer to help you with this. You may be able to do this over the phone or will need to drop it off.
