I tried the suggestion #103 on Avaya's website for setting the time on my Avaya Partner Phone but I am extension 16 and the instructions were set up for changes from extention 10 or 11. How can I set the correct time from my phone?
You can not do phone system programming from anything EXCEPT Extensions 10 or 11.

We have Partner 18D and you can only make these changes system-wide on extension 10 or 11. This change affects the whole phone system and changes the time on everyone's phone. It is set up this way to make sure only the person assigned as the phone administrator can change the system functions.
