have tech come out and replace the web roller above the fuser unit, and clear the counter after install. THAT IS LEGACY MACHINE google for the web roller

replace the image control board, all check all connection to printed circuit board remove each connector seperately and check for a bent pin

Usually, the hard disks are located where all the boards are, due to the fact that hdd needs to be connected with this boards and if the wires are longer, interferences might appear.

Get the Corona unit and the PCBD, 40LA-9029. Replaced them together.

The Konica Minolta 7145 have two different companies that made the print controller. If you have an older KM 7145 then you need the old Peerless Legacy driver. It's not on KonicaMinolta's website. You can use HP 5Si driver, but you won't have and of the options (ie finisher, fax, lcc).
