The volume control won't work on my sky remote

ye people the code is 0206 . its not listed on sky inteactive .

With you sky remote follow the steps below:

TV
RED + SELECT ( flashes twice )
TV
0051

now try the volume button. If this works then press SELECT to save. If not press TV and then volume again. Repeat this step until the volume works then dont forget to press the SELECT button to store the code.

Hi Re Easytouch 42" HD TV - look for Hisense - I took a guess and LCD3204 EU code 376 - remote works but buttons don't tally up - getting there slowly!

Just bought a madeforyou 4:1 remote that is programmed on my PC.

Ok - not proper solution yet but nearly there!

i have a amstrad sky box the remote has the record button on it.
i did not change the batteries in it now it wont work the sky box at all.

I don't know if these codes will work but the Hyundai ones we use are code 1272 or 0662.

To put the code in:

Press TV
Press and hold Select & Red until the LED blinks twice
Put in the first code above
press Select

then try the volume buttons, if that doesn't work do exactly the same sequence but try the second code, if neither work let me know and I'll try and find another code for you

i have here some writeups i found during surfing for your sky remote.

Not every TV is included in the code list. In fact, although it was claimed that "95 percent" of TVs could be controlled by the Digibox remote, the true figure is probably "95 percent of last year's models" and the standard remote will NOT control your Video Recorder or any other equipment.
UPDATE October 31, 2006. The latest versions of the remotes are SKY Rev.8 and SKY+ remote are Rev.6 and Sky-HD are Rev.8 (Sky-HD also operates the SKY+ Digibox and contains codes for more recent Plasma and TFT screens). Look at label inside the battery compartment. These remotes contain codes for more recent TV sets and omit codes for TV sets that are now several years old. We do not stock earlier revisions.
