P2 error is the final rinse probe. Depends on the model of the D/W for location, next to the vac breaker.

I have a Goodman GMH95 Furnace. 4 Blink Error code. I have checked high limit circuit and all sensors are working (test closed while cool.) When I turn on furnace, as soon as it recieves signal to turn on...

There are several issues that can cause this. They range from airflow issues to bad main control boards. The airflow is easiest and it goes without saying that the filters should be clean or recently replaced. There have been cases where the controller board has retained that error and you must power off the whole furnace in order to reset it. Sometimes it requires you to replace the control board. What does a P3 code mean? On a Hobart LXI high temp

P3 code refers to the probe near the airgap at the back. It is monitoring the rinse temp. P2 is the booser probe, and P1 is the wash tank. The control board will store error codes, so once changed, you can access the memory and clear it.

Hi there.
Your thermostat may be bad, it does not cut-off on temperature setting that's why temperature continues to rise tripping the hi limit switch.Try replacing the thermostat.

No heat on rinse cycle HOBART AM14C Dishwasher

3 Con, is the booster heat contactor. If it is chattering, the fault will be in the booster. There are a few different boosters in the AM14. can you post the ML number from the data plate, or describe if the booster is a square Hatco HCM-10, or a round stainless booster with a 13 kw multi wired element.. All boosters use a low water cut off circuit, a high limit thermostat and a control thermostat. The old Hatcobooster uses mechanicqal components, where the new rount tank uses probes and a control board. The board has 3 leds. red is calling for heat, yellow is open thermistor, and green is shorted thermistor.
AM14's had a variety of different control circuit voltages, ranging from 240/208/120 and 24 volt AC. Check the transformer secondary for correct output to controls, trace through circuit until voltage pulses. If new style, it could be just scaled up probes not reading water. Drain the tank with the power off before removing probes.

Hobart LX 30 P2 Error and unit overflowing!

Hi drogers77,

I'm not a Hobart technician, but here what I founded in my manual for the LX30 error message:

LX18 / LX30 display shows E0, E2, E3 or E4

1. Low water pressure - check for clogged hose strainer; check that site water pressure meets minimum flow pressures.

2. Make sure probes are clean

3. No water pressure - main water supply valves may not be working

4. Drain valve open - turn machine OFF to drain machine, then ON. Repeat twice (this assists in clearing any drain valve obstructions). Wait for machine to reach READY mode and press WASH. Slowly open door several seconds later and note water level. Close door; 30 seconds later, open door slowly and check that water level is the same as it was. If not, repeat the OFF-ON procedure. If problem persists, call your local Hobart Service Office.

5. Delime machine.

Hope it will help you.
