Sony MP3 NWZ-B153 frozen on POWER OFF screen, resetting wont work, help?!

hi mine freezes too when i try to open my photos on the walkman. but mine did work using the reset button, you might want to return it if you have receipt, if not you still got 1 year warranty with sony.you can also try connecting the player to the computer to see if it turns on and charges. thanx

Make sure the hold/lock is not activated.

I Have the same problem, but mine has vertical lines running on the display, try contacting sony support
