I work for Black and Decker customer support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-231-9786.

If the unit won't dispense the coffee, it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired. The unit comes with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Please call the number above so that we can determine your warranty eligibility and help you in any way that we can.

While this doesn't actually solve your problem, I hope the information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

All lights are functioning but coffee is going directly into the dispenser. We tried to clean it but still same issue. Will it need a full repair or can we fix it from home

Try to put grinder (***** on top near cafe beans more to the right) on more rough. Choose less strong cafe and put cafe foam valve (if you have it) off (full left).

If problem persist, open the dispensing mechanism box, take all out, there is water dispensing pipe in the back (unscrew screws), take it out and clean it (the pipe should be hollow 5mm wide, it can take a day in vinegar to dissolve and/or water pressure and tiny *****-er to clean it).

Do the descaling&rinsing.

Try not to play around much as it might burn the pump.

The Home Cafe machine will not pump water

It's dirty or has scale / deposits. Use a paper towel to draw out as much water as you can from the "hole that leads into the machine" - then fill it with clear, distilled vinegar and let that sit for about 15 minutes. Fill the resevoir with a vinegar / water mixture. After the 15 minutes, run the vinegar solution through until the resevoir is empty.

After you do that, you will have to run several tanks of water through, to get the taste / smell of vinegar out, but the machine will work fine again.

7oz and 9 oz blinking

Unplug and then plug the machine back in. The stop light should be blinking.

Hold down the lid release lever until the lid opens up. Close the lid enough so that the sensor thinks the lid is closed, but not enough so that it actually latches closed. You'll hear a "click" where the sensor engages before the latch takes hold. Hold the lid in that position until the red stop light stops blinking, then close the lid all the way until it latches.

Press the clean button (with water in the tank) and it should begin working properly again. Good luck!
