Cut and Paste controls for windows are via the control key.
i.e. Control+C copies the highlighted item.
Control+V pastes the item back into the current window.
Control+X Cuts the highlighted item (i.e. removes as well as copies it)
have you try shift and the number 2,some times that works..if not go into your control panel and goto your keyboard icon and see if you can reset from there.
What is the issue? Turn the machine off - [ if it is on] remove the old keyboard plug the new keyboard in Start the machine insert the CD if one comes with it - follow prompts
Have you tried to reinstall the drivers from the recovery apps? If you go into the recovery process, it gives you the options to recovery the whole system or just the apps. Choose the apps and this should correct your problem. (If you can not recover the apps without recoverying the whole system, go to eMachine support page for driver download.)
highlight the parts you wish to copy by selecting with left mouse button. Now hold the CTRL key + C key (thats the kb shortcut for copy) Next, go to your webpage and use CTRL+P (kb shortcut for paste) Sometimes the mouse function for cut and paste may not work with all sites..
