I bought my turbochef from an ex Subway, it heats perfect except the menu is not working, I bought a programming card but it does not read the content.

When you load the program the gold seal faces you, if you have the code it should unless the card is corrupt

It's a service manual for the TurboChef NGC Tornado.

Pay particular attention to pages 15 through 19. It shows you how to edit menus and to reset everything.

My Subway Turbo Chef is saying wr fail. I self tested and it came up okay, can't find this error message in manual

I have had an F8 error in the past. The wire connecting the top element had broken off. The reason why temperature is not getting up is becaise the top element is not working.

do you have dunkin or subway oven.
If you have anyone of them then you can't
there is a problem with the oven

let me know if you know how to use multimeter.So i can give solution in detail.

I am working on an NGC subway oven and the store manager told me it would only heat up half way

Check the IR element. check the heaters. check the high limit switch on the back of the oven. Usually the IR element will have burned wires where it enters the oven and will need replacing.

which subway are you , if the door doesnt close properly you may need new hinges

Problems with TurboChef TORNADO Electric Oven f8 erro.

F8 means Heat rise low the oven failed to warm up in a predetermined time period. First check for problems with the blower and then check the high limit thermostat to see if its tripped. If these are okay call a repair tech because you will need to check the relays for problems

We run coffee shop, we already have turbochef conventional oven. We only bake cookies, crossant and sandwhiches. We are planning to have pizza. Is anyway you make adjustment for Pizza

Dipending upon what kind pizza you want to use.
Subway using the same toster to Bake personal pizza (90 Second for 1 and 120 sec for 2 pizza

This is the 3rd time for this turboChef oven - door not closed.

it is because the switch kits are not setup properly.they need to set to open and shut in the right order,hope this helps regards lse

There is a high limit reset button on the back of the oven .reach around left side if you are facing oven. if that is it but it trips again you have other issues. if that is not it you have other issues possibly k4 k5 ssr or element problems
