2006 Ford Explorer. Intermittent fuel pump issue?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It is difficult to test things like relays when you have an intermittent fault because it could test okay 9 times out of 10. They are not expensive, I would swap out the fuel pump relay for a new one. If that doesn't fix it, you need and auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer. They can record what is happening when things go wrong.

Fobs are not working on my 2010 ford explorer changed batteries and still dont work. what fuse relates to the fobs

Did you try programming the key fob? Your owners manual has this info. I don't know if programming will help or not? Just a thought.
fleet.ford.com should have your owners manual, if you don't have one,you can read it for free.
Also try owner.ford.com
has owners manual you can look at for free.

2006 ford explorer computer location? I looked behind the seat belt panel on the passenger side and can't find the factory code to reset keyless entry key pad. I see what looks to be a silver module but...

You go to a dealer with your ID ,title and proof that you own it
They will look up your vehicle, and give you the code that comes
with your owners package when new
They should give you instructions on how to change the
factory code. You need to go around back and talk to a tech
The service adviser will waste your time with a dog and pony
show.

2006 Ford Explorer XLT the Blower Fan only works on 4 and 3 Sp

Look under the dash on passenger side and just to the left of the blower motor housing you will see the 4WD control module.Remove the 2 screws holding the module and let it hang down and your resistors are behind this.Remove the 2 screws holding the resistors and remove.
Now I am assuming you have manual climate control and not electonic.
