1- use only one finger
2- be sure that it have its original driver file
(reinstal the driver from the toshiba site)

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Fax Drivers" (without the quotes). Download and install the drivers.
Also type: Download.com in the google search and open the site download.cnet.com. When the site comes up on the gray search box on the left type in Fax Software and press the Mirror to search. When the results are returned filter it by FREE.

The only option is to format the hard drive and use your cd installation disc to reload the operational system to fix the problem.
