Hi, maybe it´s necessary to restart router, in the following link you can download manual and find the process to do it: WCR GN AirStation Technology 150Mbps Router Access Point and Bridge

hold reset button in back with a pin for 10-15 seconds

Hold down the RESET button on your AirStation for 5 seconds to initialize its settings

Can you communicate with it by the host computer?

This thing might have had it. Thats it.

You do not need a CD to configure the router. Simply, hook up the router to your modem, and make sure a computer you will use to configure it is plugged into the router.

Once everything is turned on, you can simple go to the router homepage by typing in your gateway ip address in your internet browser(like going to a website).

Usually, the gateway IP address is 192.168.1.1

Once you type this in the internet browser, it should take you to the configuration page.

If your wireless card in your computer/laptop has not been configured with your wireless router's settings then it cannot connect to the wireless router. That is why you only get Internet connect when you are connect with a LAN cable.

You basically hold the red button in for 30 seconds and then us a password of "admin". More info:

U will have to get in touch with the router tech support.
They can help u reset the router.
