Jon, everything I can find on it needs an "E-number" off the plate on the bottom of the unit. You then should be able to go to

and find your manual. It will be in PDF format which requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Just google it to find a download site for it. Best I can do right now. Good luck.

We had the same problem, got Neff service engineer to come out after taking out insurance. He said the megatron cracks which is a large magnet and causes the fuse board to blow and needs to be replaced. This occurs through lack of ventilation on instalation. Total cost £370 may as well get a new one. Plus our insurance wouldn't pay the cost and cancelled the insurance policy.

This is more of an idea than solution but have you tried disconnecting the power supply and then plugging it back in? If the red led display lights up you will know it works. Otherwise I would say it's time to replace the microwave. If you don't have access to the power supply try flipping the breaker.
