Hi there i have a windows vista basic laptop, bought in febuary 2009. i have a HP all in one printer which has been disconnected from my home PC as this PC no longer works. i am trying to load the CD rom which came with the all in one printer onto the hard drive in my lap top (HP PSC 2350 series HP Officejet 6200 series) FOR SOME REASON IT SAYS MY LAPTOP DOES NOT MEET ONE OR MORE OF THE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED,,,,,,,,HOW CAN THIS BE

From complete shutdown of the computer turn it on and immediately start tapping the F11 key that should initiate the Factory reset of HP if the recovery drive is still intact. If not you may have to use a Vista DVD to reinstall your Operating System.
