I'm looking to edit the screen ratio on my iPad 3 HD because it seems to be missing the edges of the movie clip browsing the internet looks fine only when watching a movie or TV show on my iPad these issues come up. I can't be the only one with this issue how do I change the screen ratio?
There is no way to edit the screen ratio on the new iPad or any iPad for that matter. They went with 4:3 because the majority of users use the device to browse the internet and read e-magazines or e-books on it. As you know the screen gets cut off when you go to fullscreen or it has those annoying black bars above and below.
If you're looking to watch video do it on a computer or your TV. The new iPad isn't made for heavy video watching IMO.

There may be an app for that but haven't found it yet.Use a free software program like freemake video converter to convert movie to correct format then add to itunes list to send to ipad.Very easy to use program with lots of converting options. You can also convert straight from non copyrigted dvds you already own. They also make a video downloader for youtube and other sites.Get it at freemake.com.

According to Apple, the iPad might not automatically rejoin known WiFi networks using third-party routers that are dual-band capable (802.11 b/g and 802.11 n) when each band’s network uses the same name or use different security settings.
Apple’s recommendation? Try creating separate network names for each separate band’s network (ie: add a G to the end of the name of the 802.11 b/g band) and making sure both bands’ networks use the same security settings.

This sounds like a hard ware issue with you wifi antenna. Restore your device using iTunes. If it is still grayed out take it in for service at a local apple store or authorized service provider.
