Craftsman Lawn Tractor 20.0 Hp, 42" Mower Electric Start. DLT3000 Kohler V-twin
Check the solenoid on the bottom of the carb check for movement and power if it moves and has power open the carb and clean it

check an see if the cabuerator is getting fuel and check make sure sparkplug is getting continous fire from the coil

the bar connecting the wheels is bent. this is easy to change. just pull the pins out on both sides and lift the rod out. you can straighten it in a vise or order a new one through sears. cost about $12. our local repair shop keeps them on hand.

Has your mower got a fuel cutoff solenoid in the bottom if the carby? If so you need to put your finger on the solenoid and turn your key from off to on and you should feel the solenoid click. If it dos'nt the solenoid may be faulty or the wire going to it may not be getting 12 volts. Check this wire for voltage with a test light or multimeter. Let me know how you go or if it has no fuel solenoid. Regards Phil.
