Printer message - says its in envelope mode. We have changed the toner and removed a paper jam beyond the green lever over the cassette. Now its in envelope mode - how can we get it out?

Thanks for the solution. I have a oki B4300, same problem.
I opened top, removed toner/drum. On your left, in front, there is metal roller held by springs. Plastic strip is just in front of this. Two square windows under plastic strip should look dark.
In my case, the Left "window "was white. This was a very small piece of paper which also extended under a small, moveable magnetic switch to the far left. I removed this paper by grabbing it (next to the switch) with a pair of surgical forceps, gently twisting it until it could be pulled out. No need to remove any parts. It now is fixed!

The paper is probably jammed between the fuser and the rear cover if you can't see it.

Took the Formatter card out, BAKE for 8 minutes at 350F, let it cool, put it back in and VOILA!
Put the card fase up and make sure (with screws) it does not touch the pan you used to bake it.
