Panasonic KX-MB2025 has a paper jam before toner cartridge. Please reply with solution.

Remove the toner cartridge. Use a flashlight to look for small piece of torn paper. Also clean the feed rollers with a damp soapy cloth and then clean water. Leave to dry, it makes them grip again.

Fuser unit cannot heat up. Replace fuser unit.
Refer to CALL SERVICE 3 (P.120).

SOURCE: Panasonic KX-MB263 - CHECK DRUM- error

The drum unit must be nearing the end. You will need to replace it soon. Check the page count and check for howmany pages the drum is rated for. If the pagecount has reached the rated count, then its ok, if you are far from the rated limit, you will have to check with the supplier for possible refund.

I have the kx-flm650 and have the same problem. I tried calling the company who made me reset some things to no avail. They tried to sell me a new fax machine. It is too bad, as it took a while to get drivers to work with win XP
