Olympus FE 180 software to connect to my PC

First the obvious...
Did you download the Master 2 suite from the Olympus home page?
Did you try Windows, Scanners and Cameras in the Control Panel?
Both programs recognize the FE series. The reason you don't find any drivers is, because none are needed.
Make sure the usb cable is plugged directly into a usb port on the computer, avoid any hubs.

Open your photo editing program first.
As soon as you plug the camera into the cable it should power up, you do not have to turn the camera on .
The green LED should be lit and the onscreen menu, PC bar, should be highlighted. Press OK and the download should begin.
You can also scroll down to easy print or custom print, Press OK
The only program I had problems with was Picaso.
If none of the above work, Call Olympus.
They have outstanding customer support and will walk you right through it,
or worst case scenario, give you a RMA

Hint; Register your camera online and they will extend your warranty for free and give you a decent discount on any accessories. AVOID cheap Chinese batteries and Xd cards.They are ****! Use only genuine Olympus, Bought on their site.
You have a nice camera, don't get frustrated.
Your learning curve will improve every time you use it.

you should be able to hook your camera to your computer by usb cable and have it autodectect the camera (make sure the camera is on) if that will not work... let me know i'll find you something

That sounds as if it may be a repair issue with the chip inside the camera that controls image processing. You may want to call Olympus Customer Service to discuss repair policy. Their telephone number is 800-622-6372 option 2 and then option 3.

Be sure that you plug original Olympus USB cable directly into USB port on mother board (ussualy on the back side of PC) not on the front pannel hub and not into extention USB cable.
