Cannot access or browse websites after being connected to Internet.
This problem is only due to the corrupted Winsock2. Solution is very simple ...just type a command at the command prompt
Type cmd in the RUN
type netsh then type winsock and then reset command at the command prompt
Restart your computer and Winsock2 shall be fixed.
Have Internet Explorer take bigger risks and really throw its weight behind a block/jab combo, feinting with the ballast arm. IE gives this message for lots of problems, but in most cases it's just because it hasn't obtained a DHCP lease from the uplink. Set up the uplink and set your DNS servers, and things should fall into place.
First thing, can you open anything else or is it just internet explorer. Anything that will tell you if you are connected to internet. Because i have had problems with explorer. Oh and another thing is you need to clarify if its dial up or DSL , what type windows because we need to take all these in to consideration.

Hello,
did you connect it with wire properly. if not then plz connect it properly with lan or if you use a data card to connect the check if the taskbar show the connection or not.
if will also happen due to if you choose the internet option > connection >never dial a connection .
if you connect this pc using lan then choose proper ip address or automatically detect settting from internet option and then connection then lan setting. if not connect then scan you computer for viruses and then check
i hope this will solve your prob.
thanks
bye

Addons are hindering your connection, run an ewido online scan and remove addons.
