Please help! I bought this blue tooth headset. It turns on when plugged into the USB charger but won't stay on when I take it off. There is supposed to be a steady red light when charging, but a red light flashes once and then stays off.

I just glued them back together and wrapped black electrical tape around the glued together section,no more breaking for me.

the problem seems to be the charging box. if the red light goes off relatively quickly after you place the bluetooth in the box then it is not gaining a charge. you have a warranty with this item that you can claim by following the instructions on the warranty card provided in the package.

It sounds like a defective unit, although I am not familiar with that model... If both charging methods don't work, I would recommend a manufacturer replacement.
