I had the same problem but fixed it by following the camera's directions to re-format the SD memory. You will lose all pictures on the memory card so remember to first save your pictures to your computer. Good luck.

Took pictures with the camera now i can't see the pictures

In order to have more room on your card and more mermory for pictures and for this message to not pop up. You need to set your picture quality to low resolution and that should give you more room. If you have the ability to do video on the camera that takes up a lot of the memory as well.

The first time i plugged my targus 2.0 memory card reader/writer (model- tgr-msd500) into my computer (windows xp) it worked fine and i was able to upload my pictures to the computer. i took it out and...

Well sometimes when you don't "eject" the memory card properly, the card can have registry errors which makes it corrupt and you can't view the card properly. My suggestion is to put it back in your computer and try to reformat the memory card. This can simply be done by right clicking the card in ""my computer" and choose reform.

I have a Casio EXILIM EX-S10 "Memory Full" Error

Firstly, charge your battery fully. This should solve the switching off. It sounds to me like your card isn't in correctly, or is incompatible, and your internal memory is full. (it usually only stores a few photos for emergencies) Have a look at the type of card you have. If it says SDHC, or is 4GB or larger, it is not compatible with your camera and you need to get a 2GB. If not, it may not be inserted correctly. Push it all the way into the slot and it will click when it's in properly. Then try formatting it. Press review (where you look at the photos) and scroll down to setup- then look for 'format' and press okay. This should sort everything out. You can also copy the photos you've taken in the meantime from the memory to the card by pressing copy in the review menu and scrolling to the right. Hope that helps

'File error' message on samsung L200 camera when viewing a photo

Possible solution:

I had/have the same problem using L200 and SDHC memory card, called Samsung. Can't view certain pictures on camera or computer, camera freezes when viewing those certain pictures, green light flashing.

Samsung support told me that I needed to copy my (good) pictures to a computer first because a memory format will erase everything. Then format (menu->settings->format->yes) my memory card. Tried this just now and took some new pictures, so far so good.

File error when viewing the still photographs and movie videos

Try putting in a different memory card that you may have lying around and see if you can still take pictures and videos. If that works then you may need to go into setup via camera and format the memory card. If another memory card doesnt work it may be the camera. Let me know if this method doesn't work and I could be more than happy to give you another solution.

File error

I have seen this problem with generic SD memory cards so it could be a faulty memory stick.  Try to get a replacement.  If you want to try to recover the pictures you have taken, I suggest Zero Assumption Recovery (Google for it). Check to see if it is compatible with your camera before downloading.
