I need a copy of instructions for a 7655 voice tracer

You can request the vendor to provide a printed copy but it will cost you. A free solution (and easy) is to download it as a pdf copy from the Philips support website. First make sure you can open Adobe pdf files on your PC. If not, you can download adobe pdf reader or Foxit reader and install it.

Next, click here to open the website. Scroll below and you will see two links. One for Software manual and other for User manual. the user manual is the link you need. Click on it to proceed. It will take a long time to load if you have a slow connection. Better right click on it and select save-as.

After downloading, you can print or save it for reading on PC.
