Usually there are knurled screws on the back that secures the side panel or a quick disconnect lever that releases the side panel. After removing the side panel, you will need to remove the screw that holds the cover over one of the PCI slots if there is one. Install the wireless card and press down hard to make sure the card is inserted all the way. You will probably have to insert the accompanying CD if the computer doesnt automatically load the driver.

If the HP D530 has an AGP slot, which I think it does, then yes you can install the Radeon HD 4350 card.
Make sure you have the correct driver for the video card.
