Need help to change the programme settings

My central heating/water programmer has gone haywire, the tie settings are all wrong and I can't work out how to set it to come on twice during a 24 hour period.

Can anyone tell me how to find the operation instructions ?

Thanks

Eunice

It says on it "Sunvic" and "TLM", but the problem is setting the
programmer, not the thermostat.
