It may need additional temporary space. Now you say you
have 32 GB and it requires 39 GB. That's 39 GB- 4 GB= 35
leaving a 3 GB play room. Too close for comfort. Eliminate
those videos of the dog and cat playing, and you'll have tons
of space.

Maybe you need some hard disk space and Skype requires at least 256 MB of RAM and 18 MB of free hard-disk space for installation files. Try to delete some of your files that are not necessary especially images. To find out how much free disk space is on your computer:

Open your "My Computer" folder by clicking the icon on your desktop. If you do not have a shortcut on your desktop, open your "Start" menu and right-click on the "My Computer" icon.

2 Right-click on your hard drive icon. Generally, the hard drive is named the C: drive. Select the "Properties" option from the drop-down menu.

3 Read the pie chart and accompanying information to determine how much free disk space your hard drive has. Windows operating systems use blue to indicate how much disk space you are using and purple to depict how much free space is available.

Those printers need lots of RAM memory and enough hard drive space. You should have at least 512 to 1024 MB RAM memory and ewnouigh hard drive space otherwise it wont install.
