If you have a Mac, just plug and play. If you have a windows computer, go to this link http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/bsc/public/eu/eu_ot/en/dlf/download_top.html?reg=eu&c=eu_ot&lang=en&prod=dcp350c_all , select OS and language, press search and download and install the driver. Your printer should work then.
You should be able to go to the Brother website, look for the support menu item and you should see downloads that are available. The drivers you need, if available, will be on their site.
