Excessive crackling noise on house phone.

Utilitec is single-pole timer.
Wiring sounds correct. Lights will blink if timer white white is connected with timer red wire. Lights will not turn ON if timer red and timer black are reversed. Green to ground is not necessary for timer operation.
Check light bulbs are operational.

Bundle of white wires are neutral wires.
Timer white wire requires neutral connection to complete circuit to timer electronics.

If bulbs are good, it is likely that loose white wire is problem, since each of the outdoor lights also needs neutral wire to complete circuit.
Having 6 white wires connected together, plus stranded wire from timer, takes a large wire nut, and that many wires can have a wire fall loose without notice. You can solder wires together, or break the group apart under different wire nuts with a jumper wire between.

Indicator light is OFF.
Either dimmer stopped working or power to dimmer is off.
Check if electricity is present inside box.
Check nearby electrical plug to see if everything nearby has power.
Swap dimmer with regular switch and see if lights turn ON.
Check dimmer wires: if wires to dimmer are pushed into 'quick connect' holes on back of dimmer, these wires can get loose.
If dimmer is connected by wire nut, sometimes a wire can pull loose.
If no electricity is inside the box, and breaker is ON, then there is a loose wire inside one of the boxes on that circuit and electrician has to track back until loose wire is discovered.

Replacement parts for in-wall devices are not made.
If new dimmer is necessary, consider lighting factors:
Total wattage of lights. New dimmer has watt rating.
Type of lights. Dimmers specify florescent or tungsten (incandescent) or both.
Single-pole and 3-way. If two dimmers control same lights, one is control dimmer, other is companion dimmer.

First hook up yor phone ito the line and hit one number and lsiten for any line noise if you here line noise call the phone company, if you here no noise then install a filter between your phone line and your modem, with the modem speaker volume all the way up try connecting and listen for nois, if you here crackleing or hissing you pgone line is bad call the phone company. you have boise on the line if you here no noise then hook up a filter between the phone and the computer modem and try again, if you have slow speed call the phone company to test your lines, next get a good phone from a freind and open the phone box, disoccnect the rs232 jatk from the bot going to th inside ofthe house and plg the phone into that jack, if you here no noise call the phone compnay to have the phone line tested, if its possible to have a loose line that causs the noise, if you can't connect at speeds ohigh that 38,000 baud you have a problem with the phone lines (Call the phone company) if the noise does not go away you have bad wires in the phone box or to the junxction box and they must repair it at no cost to you.. IF the phone works without any noise then the mode, the gave you is bad and they beed to replace it at no cost to you. They have a red phone that can detect any noise on the line that you can here by ear so have them test for line noise.. Sometimes the grounf wire breaks and they have to install a inline capactorand it cost $300.00 But should not cost you anything. as it is a phone fault and wil cost you nothing there i a posibility that yu jabe moisture in th box whixhwill causenoise toousing a hairdryer dray it out, if you still have noise the phne cmpany is respoceble to repairt it upi to your juncton box, If they disconnect the line goin into the house and thee s no noise you have defective wireing in the house. in this case have them run a line into the house where your vomputer conects and use a Y for the computer and a place to hook up your phone this is the cheepest wat to fx a inside line unless you have insurance that will cover the phone line replacement in the house. Regardless if it's outside they have to repair the box and he line for free of charge. If they gice you any static (Joke) let me know and the phone company's name and I will help you get it resolved at no cost to you.

green wires and red wires.......... that is line one. also solid blue and blue with a white stripe is also line one..... so tie the greens and blue w/white stripes together and tape off (if not screwed down to block), and do the same with the red wires tied together with the solid blues.

yellow and black is line two.....and so is solid orange and orange w/white stripe. then just fill in the blanks as stated above.
its simple, think of the wires as speaker wire in a way to simplify what you are looking at. multiple Pairs (+/-) wires color coded. if the wires came off of the screw down posts, just match up the colors like stated above on the posts and screw them back down.

the black wire is the HOT wire ... it should be connected to 120 volts AC .. the white wire should be connected to the neutral/return wire (also white) ... the incoming AC line shoiuld also include a bare ground wire .. that should be attached to a green grounding screw ... if your machine is already hooked up then there should not be any wires hanging down not connected .. you may be able to see the incoming wire but it should be covered by the dishwasher panels .. all connnections should be made inside a metal box that should be provided under the machine and there should be a strain relief fitting that keeps the wire from pulling out of the box .. ..

Hi, At the fan you'll have a black wire, blue wire, green wire and white wire.
In the ceiling you'll have a black wire, a white wire, and a bare copper wire. If you are using the same wall switch to turn on all of the power to the fan AND the light, connect as follows:
White at ceiling to white from fan
Black at ceiling to black and blue together from fan.
Bare copper wire at ceiling to green wire from fan.

When connected like this, the main power is from the switch, and the fan and light may be set by the pull switches on the fan.
