Sometimes the problem is with your browser, not your Facebook Account. There are two ways you can try and fix the issue:

  1. Upgrade your Internet Browser to make sure it is compatible with any updates Facebook may have made (examples of browsers are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
  2. Clear your cache and cookies. Your Internet browser may be "Remembering" the white screen to help the page load faster. Browsers store website information for this reason.

there are at times when some user accounts become unavailable due to server loads. You have to try it after a while

Hi.
This usually is fixed when clearing cookies and history.
After deleting your browser history, restart your browser and log into Facebook.
If you do not know how to delete browser history, please comment stating the browser you are currently working on.

To Log out simply go to your Account pull down menu, then select Logout, as shown in this picture.
