Force reboot or reset will help.
But be careful, you should definitely backup your Android data before the reset or factory reset.

you need to sync the device, by push the buttons at the same time and rebooting after each syncing of the device.
in order to sync push the button on the transmitter and the device you want to sync, hold for a few seconds, than reboot
than due the same for the other device, reboot
go into windows open control panel, set the mouse up the way you want, right or lift handed, speed, visibility, pointer type, go to hardware select properties, open fold make sure the deivers are up to date, reboot system

• Install android SDK on a PC (http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html)

• Connect the tablet with USB cable to the PC

• Install USB drivers for android tablet on PC (Updates drivers using this folder http://hotfile.com/dl/136803097/cffe5ab/LiveSuitPack_v1.07_usb_drivers.rar.html)

• Open the command prompt

• Change directory to the android SDK platform tools (Type in cmd--> cd C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools)

Type following commands in cmd

• adb devices (verify device is identified by pc. If not reconnect device and try again)

• adb shell

• adb reboot

It will restart.

yes while the device is off hold the screen lock button the volume up button and the home button this will boot it into recovery mode and you can reset your phone from there.

Problem: can not receive SMS when in Power On mode. Have to Power Off then I am able to receive my sms. But at the same time there is a message wathcher main thread error 11 creating dump file.
Have sent my phone to Erissson repair centre, they have totally format my phone and install the latest software version . No result. the problem still remain as before. They are not able to fix the . problem.
